Our course menus, crafted with Nishizuru’s signature attention to detail, start at 4,730 yen per person (available for parties of two or more). We also offer courses that can be booked on the same day, so please feel free to contact us for last-minute gatherings or banquets. Sushi made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, along with exquisite dishes—such as grilled, simmered, and tempura items—that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, will beautifully adorn your table.
We offer a selection of dishes that let you directly savor the freshness of our ingredients, including nigiri sushi, thin rolls, and sashimi. Nishitsuru’s specialty, [conger eel], is a must-try! It’s prepared with a fragrant, crispy exterior and plump, tender flesh. Please savor the rich umami flavor of the conger eel as it fills your mouth. We also offer tempura, grilled seafood, Hokkaido-style ”zangi,” and our homemade bar snacks.
When it comes to Hokkaido beer, “Sapporo Classic” is the name that comes to mind. Characterized by its mild bitterness and creamy head, it pairs perfectly not only with seafood but also with a wide variety of dishes. We carefully select and stock local sake from Hokkaido and other regions across Japan. Our extensive selection ranges from crisp, refreshing sakes to those with rich, aromatic profiles. Please enjoy them paired with Nishitsuru’s carefully selected seasonal seafood.
When it comes to seasonal seafood in Tanukikoji, “Nishitsuru” is the place to go. If you want to experience the authentic atmosphere of a sushi restaurant, we recommend the counter seats, where you can watch the chefs’ skills and attention to detail up close. It’s also perfect for solo lunches or a quick drink. We have 10 private rooms available, ideal for business dinners or gatherings with friends.
